    Diplomat sells dental equipment only through the distribution network in each country. Please contact your local dealer of Diplomat for quotation. Local organization is responsible for correct installation and service of Diplomat dental equipment. Local teams have been trained and have all necessary certificates to correctly maintain our dental equipment

    Every single Diplomat dental unit is produced per order and has to be individually configured. For exact price offer, please contact your local dealer and they will help you with exact configuration and will provide you with the exact price offer.

     If there is no local dealer of Diplomat product, please contact our Diplomat Dental sales team (contacts listed on our website) they may be able to provide you with suitable solution of nearest dealer to your location.

    We, as manufacturer, declare life time of our systems as 10 years. However, even today, we have customers using 15 years old units, as they have been properly serviced and taken care of.

    All our dealer’s network has been trained for proper service of our equipment. Each service technician obtains Diplomat certificate after service training, which allows him to install and service Diplomat dental equipment.

    After your order is confirmed, production time is in average 3-4 weeks. However, you need to calculate time for transport and installation.

    Yes, Diplomat is able to evaluate any of your special request. If it is technically possible, we create price offer for your customized solution and once you confirm, your dental unit can be produced based on your special customized request.

    We provide 49 different colors of upholstery and two kinds of different fabrics. We can also provide different types of foam to reach best possible comfort of our chair.

    No, you can choose other than the standard white color. For instance, your unit can be black metallic, if you wish. Or you can choose a “color set”, where we paint some parts of the dental unit the same color as the upholstery is, to create beautiful match and structure.

    No, you can choose position for each instrument based on your needs.

    This is completely up to you. You can choose version, where you do not need to drill the floor if you have for example rented space. But we offer version where grounding is standard as well if you prefer such a solution
    Yes, our new MODEL PRO is fully convertible unit suitable for places where left and right handed people work on the same unit. Convertibility is very simple and can be done within seconds form left to right and vice versa.

    We do use all kinds of suction systems like dry, wet and amalgam separators if needed.

    Upon you wish, we can equip the unit with disinfection as well as decontamination system. Systems in compliance with EN1717 are available for MODEL PRO.

    Yes, on MODEL PRO, there is an option to connect external device if needed. Connectors for air, water and power are available.
